It will be held until 28 October at \u201cPalacio de Congresos\u201d and will bring together nearly 1,000 road tunnel professionals<\/strong> from all over the world to generate a global discussion on the topic.<\/p>\n

The challenges derived from Climate Change<\/strong>, Sustainability<\/strong> and Resilience of Infrastructures<\/strong> will entail a redefinition of the standards for the design and management of roads and, of course, of road tunnels.<\/p>\n

Carandini, congress participant and exhibitor<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Together with “Metropolitan Area of Barcelona<\/a>“, Xavier Traver\u00eda, technical and innovation director of Carandini, will present the conference “Adaptive LED lighting<\/strong> in an urban tunnel<\/strong>. Operation and first operational conclusions”.<\/p>\n

The presentation will explain the results obtained in \u201cTunnel Villa Ol\u00edmpica\u201d, located in the main axis of Barcelona, characterised by being an interurban tunnel with a high UMD and a peculiar situation near the sea and at low altitude.<\/p>\n

Real data will be analysed, from the moment of transformation to LED technology to the installation of new intelligent control system<\/strong> (Controlux tunnel<\/a>).<\/p>\n
