QUALITY, ENVIRONMET, ENERGY AND
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The Management of CARANDINI, a company engaged in designing and manufacturing lighting equipment, is aware of the importance of quality, environmental management, energy management and occupational health and safety management.
This is why it has established an Integrated Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, UNE-EN ISO 50001 and UNE-EN ISO 45001 standards.
The priority objectives of this Integrated Management System are satisfying our customers, protecting the environment, managing energy efficiently and preventing occupational hazards, for which CARANDINI establishes the following general guidelines:
- Delivering its products and services in accordance with the established requirements.
- Continuously improving the integrated management system, energy efficiency, pollution prevention and prevention of damage and deterioration of health as standard of behaviour.
- Ensuring a permanent commitment to compliance with environmental and product legislation and regulations applicable to our activity, efficiency, energy consumption and use and health and safety at all levels, as well as compliance with the requirements that CARANDINI commits to with stakeholders.
- Integrating environmental and occupational health factors when planning new processes and modifying existing ones.
- Establishing objectives and targets and the availability of the information, resources and means necessary to achieve them and for their subsequent review and analysis.
- Continuous training of CARANDINI staff in accordance with their respective activity and providing the necessary knowledge so that they can carry out their activity with the utmost respect for the environment and in conditions that preserve health and safety.
- Committing to provide the necessary resources and means to enable the achievement of the established objectives and compliance with the specified requirements.
- Committing to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health impairment. Likewise, commitment to the elimination of hazards and the reduction of risks to safety and health at work.
- Committing to the consultation and participation of workers, as well as their representatives.
- Procuring energy-efficient products and services and considering energy performance in the design of products, processes and services.
- Supporting design activities that consider energy performance improvement.
This policy is available to both the public and stakeholders and is communicated to employees.
