Introducing Active, our new solution for industrial and sports areas

Compact yet powerful, the new Active solution is designed to provide excellent illumination for industrial areas and indoor sports areas. Thanks to its extensive light-emitting surface, it ensures remarkable uniformity, requiring fewer units compared to other market UFO lamps to achieve the same or even better results.

Featuring a modular design with three different attachments, Active is available in two sizes for enhanced flexibility: the small version with a power output of up to 150W and 24,000lm, and the medium version with up to 240W and 38,400lm.

It can operate in temperatures ranging from -30º to 50º and, as a standard, is offered with a colour temperature of 4000K.

Manufactured with aluminium alloy, it is extremely durable and reliable, boasting an IP10 and IK66 protection rating. Requiring minimal maintenance during operation, it is designed for easy access to the driver from the top, simplifying and expediting the maintenance process.

DESIGNED FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL AREAS

Active is intended for installation in high-ceiling spaces such as production facilities, warehouses, distribution centres, or other industrial zones. Its versatility allows for the creation of attractive, safe, and productive workspaces that offer maximum visual comfort to workers.

ENSURING A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE SPORTS PRACTICE 

Active holds the significant DIN 57710-13 Sports Hall Ball Test certification. This certification evaluates the ball impact resistance of luminaires designed for indoor sports facilities.

To pass this demanding test, the luminaire must withstand 36 impacts from three directions, with a maximum impact speed of 60 km/h using a calibrated handball. After the test, the product must continue functioning without detachment or breakage, with no changes in its IP rating.

Active carries this certification, along with anti-glare optics with a UGR value below 19 for enhanced visual comfort, making it the perfect solution for a secure and comfortable sports experience.

FEATURING FLEXIBLE INTELLIGENT CONTROL FOR INCREASED ENERGY AND COST SAVINGS 

Active is available in two versions: DALI protocol or 0-10V. The 0-10V version comes equipped with a Zhaga base, allowing for the integration of a Bluetooth mesh communication node, which can also include a presence sensor for additional energy savings.

The Zhaga-based communication node is compatible with Controlux Industrial and Controlux Sports systems. Together with this new luminaire, they provide a comprehensive solution for any industrial or sports installation.

The high efficiency of Active (160lm/W), coupled with the various control systems that can be installed, enables significant economic savings and a quick return on investment. This results in a reduced environmental impact and an extended lifespan for the luminaires.
